We will be pleased to welcome you to ICSST’2007: 5th International Conference on Separation Science and Technology to be held on Oct. 14~Oct. 16, 2007 in Beijing, China.
In the new millennium, resource lacking, environmental pollution, and energy crisis are the common problems for the whole human race. Separation science and technology are playing an important role in all the areas mentioned above. Therefore, we hold this conference in an attempt to provide a platform for scientists and engineers to get together to exchange their ideas and achievements in chemical and biochemical engineering fields, thus to raise the awareness of environmental protection and promote the importance of separation science and technology in this cause.
With the upcoming Olympic Games in 2008, Beijing is developing at a fast speed. As the capital of China, Beijing, with a history of more than 2000 years, is also a tourist resort with numerous scenic spots and historical sites, waiting for your visits.
